Support Channels
We offer support through the following channels:

- In-App Help Center: Access tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides directly within the Growly AI app.
- Community Forum: Connect with other Growly AI users to share tips, ask questions, and discuss strategies.
Support Hours
Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). While we strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, please allow up to 24 business hours for a response.
Priority Support
Premium account holders receive priority support with faster response times and access to dedicated support specialists. Priority support includes:
- Guaranteed response within 4 business hours
- Direct access to senior support specialists
- Screen sharing sessions for complex issues
- Personalized onboarding assistance
What We Support
Our support team can assist with:
- Account setup and configuration
- Platform functionality and feature questions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Integration with supported social media platforms
- Data interpretation and analytics questions
- Billing and subscription inquiries
What We Don't Support
Our support team cannot provide assistance with:
- Custom development or coding requests
- Third-party applications not directly integrated with Growly AI
- Social media account access issues (please contact the respective platform)
- Content creation or marketing strategy consulting (beyond our AI recommendations)
- Hardware or operating system issues unrelated to Growly AI
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Growly AI platform. In the event of service disruptions, we will:
- Notify users through email and in-app notifications
- Provide regular updates on our status page
- Work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible
- Conduct a post-incident review to prevent similar issues in the future
Feature Requests
We welcome feature requests and product feedback. While we cannot guarantee implementation of all requests, we carefully consider user feedback when planning our product roadmap. To submit a feature request:
- Use the "Feature Request" option in the in-app help center
- Email your suggestion to feedback@growlyai.com
- Post your idea in our community forum for discussion
Beta Program
Users can opt into our Beta Program to test new features before they're widely released. Beta participants:
- Get early access to new features and improvements
- Provide valuable feedback that shapes the final product
- May experience occasional bugs or performance issues
